Debunking Body Tensegrity Video (Australia)

In this 30 minute webinar presentation presented for Australian Alexander technique teachers in 2018, I explain why the principle of tensegrity is not an appropriate model for describing biomechanics. I trace the history of the concept in the somatics world. Not only is tensegrity biomechanically suspect but articles promoting it as a viable model have are riddled with faulty reasoning, bad references, and nearly total lack of experimental data.
